I prefer to draft my articles using a Markdown editor. Markdown has a simple syntax for formatting documents, and it is easy to convert to other formats, which allows my stories to be published on different platforms.

The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) is a questionnaire that claims to indicate different "personality types". It was developed by Katharine Cook Briggs and her daughter Isabel Briggs Myers. They based their work on Carl Jung's theories.

I had been experimenting with the Actifit fitness app until I realised I had been wearing a fitness app for four years! The Actifit app had been using my wearable device to collect data for its own use! The one I'll be describing is the Workout app that you can find on an Apple watch.

Gantt charts are used to schedule project tasks. Invented by Henry Gantt, they take the form of a horizontal bar chart with time on the horizontal axis and tasks on the vertical axis. The ends of the bars represent the start and finish times of the tasks.

Possessive apostrophes are used to show ownership or association, such as "Mary's book" or "Tom's dance club." Its use is the same in American and British English. However, the rules that govern its use can be somewhat complicated.

Managers have found the technique of Positive Reinforcement and Feedback to be an effective motivator of people. The basic principle behind this technique is the belief that behaviour is a result of its consequences. That is, a manager can increase the likelihood of a specific behaviour occurring by reinforcing the behaviour when it does occur. Feedback, therefore, is a powerful motivational tool.
